August 2026 After leaving Sardinia, we landed back to Rome-Fiumicino airport and returned to our car, as I really wanted a spot there but there was not much time as we wanted to leave early for the next destination, I only checked the parking lot where we left our Clio for 8 days, a fluo green RS Q3 Sportback that I've seen when we parked it and that I didn't spot was gone but I've found this nice black RS Q8, which was actually the only spotworthy car in the whole parking lot. I quickly spotted it, despite the challenging light conditions and not much space at the sides, so I can finally add Fiumicino to my map, airport spots are always cool but sadly I never had to have a real spotting session in a airport parking lot, with the few spots I have at airports being totally casual.

P.s. Sadly this was the last spot of the holiday as the last two destinations of the trip (Narni and Ravenna), which were really nice cities, especially Ravenna, didn't bring any spot, and also the trip between Ravenna and Turin ended up with 0 spots at the only service station where I stopped.

Cool RSQ8! I love airport parking lots as there is ALWAYS something, but I've never spotted a car at an airport! I've flown from Vecsés a few times but we park at a private parking lot a few kms from airport to save some money, I've seen a CLA45 there but in the inside section behind glass so I could only get a rear shot! Also, I've recently flown from Košice airport and saw a 992 Carrera S and an M3/4 (I've only seen the front) and XM, sadly, I couldn't spot any of them since my parents were rushing me to go inside, ofc just to wait for the plane for a 2 or 3 hours! :) And also honorable mentions are Vilnius airport where I've missed XM because our bus arrived right after we landed, Kutaisi airport where our friend was already waiting to pick us up so I've missed an i8 and London airport, the same scenario but with taxi so I couldn't look at the parking lot! And this also happened in Prague and Bilbao, but this time it was my aunt waiting!

@Gg1 Thank you Jakub, there are always cool cars at airports but it's indeed difficult to spot them as if you are there you're likely with someone else and probably in a hurry too!
