Such a shame these basically have Mini engines and so little power. Don't get me wrong I love Minis but to put such a small engine in a car that looks as cool as this is a big shame. Would you take this or a Merc SL43?

This car is very well made but I can't like it. Small engine,small power. I'd take the i8 over the Merc because the Merc is to plain but I'd rather have a Lexus Lc500 than this

@JJMad I saw an i8 just now in Liverpool. I saw an M8 Convertible shortly after (I don't have my camera on me so I couldn't take any pictures),I know thich I prefer! The M8,very nice BMW.

I agree. The M8 looks almost as good as the i8, sounds better and is much more powerful. It also has a top speed of 189mph with the M driver pack (I believe one way of telling is if they have gold brake calipers)
