Very happy to see one of these in my home city too! Saw an Instagram story of the owner, indicating that this S63 might be at a local hotel. I wasn’t quite sure but had to go check it into the city and luckily I found it right there in the garage of the hotel!

Its a Finnish test drive plate. Dealerships can drive unregistered cars tax-free with these plates, so they are very often used for personal use by people working at dealerships. Although it is not really allowed😄
