I first found this 2016 Mercedes-Maybach S 600 X222 parked on Steamboat Road on 10/25/2019 (photos 1-4). I found it again parked on Greenwich Avenue on 4/8/2021 (photos 5-8). Owner was scared that I was going to publish the photos with the plate number in them so I had to tell him I would blank the plates. In all honesty, my views on plate blanking has changed. After seeing the shit that goes down on VINWiki and other apps of the like where you can find information based on a plate, I understand why people blank plates. Sure it's a pain in the ass to edit the photos so the plate blanking looks nice but it's not worth fighting anymore.

Great spot! This same thing happened with a GranTurismo S that I spotted a couple of months ago. The owners also started freaking out.

@gerdi500 lol if you're in a public place anywhere throughout the entire United States of America you can take pictures of people, cars, etc, doesn't matter. Don't ever let anyone tell you different. It becomes iffy when it comes to government property and obviously private property (though you are allowed to keep photos taken on private property and can even keep taking more after an owner or representative for them tells you to stop/leave as long as you're actually leaving the premises). People get it real twisted but it's pretty damn clear in this country what you can and can't do with photography.
Anything else is just mere courtesy and common decency, not an obligation.
